Eat your way to a gorgeous skin


These days most of us complain about blemishes, acne and pimples. Makeup only hides them, even a very expensive cream may not give the desired result, but a healthy diet keeps them at bay. Fruits and vegetables are the most important food items that could help you achieve blemish and acne free skin.

Here’s a list of items to work away those blunders from your skin. They will not only keep your body healthy, but also will help you achieve the right glow and shine on your skin. It will help you maintain body hydration for better skin health.

Food for Healthy Skin:

 1. Green leafy vegetables:
